The services we provide
We provide credit assistance by:
- Helping you assess whether a reverse mortgage or home equity product may be suitable for your needs
- Comparing options from lenders on our panel
- Recommending a product that we believe is not unsuitable for your circumstances
- Assisting with the application process
We do not provide financial advice. We recommend you also consult a licensed financial adviser about your overall retirement strategy.
Our lender panel
We currently source credit products from: Heartland Bank, Household Capital, and P&N Bank. Our panel may change from time to time. We will tell you which lenders we have considered when making a recommendation.
How we are paid
We receive a commission from the lender when a loan is successfully settled. There is no fee payable by you for our credit assistance services.
The commission amount varies by lender and product. We will disclose the estimated commission to you in writing before any credit assistance recommendation is made. These commissions do not influence our recommendations - we are required by law to act in your best interests.
